Please Note – 4G Backup Service Terms

These service terms apply specifically to the 4G Backup product. They form part of, and should be read together with, our full Terms and Conditions.

• This is a minimum 24-month contract, and early cancellation is not available.
• All equipment remains our property.
• After 24 months, the service continues at the same monthly rate, with 30 days' notice required to cancel.
• Speeds are best effort and typically range between 5–10 Mbps, but may vary depending on network conditions.
• As this is a 4G backup service, performance and availability depend on mobile network coverage and are not guaranteed.
• This service is intended as a backup connection, not a primary high-speed internet solution.
• The Pay As You Go option has no fixed-term contract; the customer is responsible for providing their own SIM and managing their own data top-ups.
