The TempNet box connects via cable to your existing router. Your Wi-Fi name and password stay the same. Best for homes where the fibre line is down but the router still works.
Use TempNet as Standalone Wi-Fi
The Cudy router broadcasts its own Wi-Fi network. Best if your router is broken, you're at an event or pop-up, or you need a completely independent connection.
Custom Event Setup

When your fibre is fixed, we collect the box at a time that suits you and refund your R500 deposit, minus any outstanding top-up costs.

Quick top-ups are available instantly via WhatsApp. Just send us a message with how much data you need and we'll load it remotely. No waiting, no delivery required.
Same-day or next-day local delivery for active outages in our service area. We prioritise emergency requests and will confirm an estimated delivery time when you submit your order via WhatsApp.
Free delivery applies to Durban North / Durban Noord (4051), Phoenix (4068), and Kwa-Mashu (4360, 4361, 4364). Simply enter your postal code in the order form and the correct delivery fee will be applied automatically. All other areas in South Africa are charged at R180 (Standard Courier) or R300 (Outlying/Urgent).
The moment the router is returned to us intact, your R500 deposit minus any outstanding top-up balances or damage costs is paid straight back to your bank account via EFT. Most refunds are processed within 24 hours of collection.
Absolutely. If your fibre provider is taking longer than expected, just WhatsApp us and we'll extend your rental. Additional days are billed at your chosen daily rate and can be deducted from your deposit or paid upfront.
Minor normal wear is covered. Significant damage (water damage, physical damage, lightning strike) will be assessed and deducted from your R500 deposit. We'll always discuss this transparently before deducting anything.
